Introduction to Ninjutsu, presented by Casa Loma Toronto

With this 3 hour Workshop Students will learn the basic practice of the art of Ninjutsu.

We will warm up our bodies, train with wooden training tools, learn stance and practice forms that date back to he 11th century Japan.

This is a great introduction to all skill levels yet one must have reached the age of 16 to join in on this workshop.
