Shipping…

All items are shipped by Canada Post.

Delivery time will very from 4 business days to 10 business days. Due to customs, time line may change. You will be notified upon shipment of your item and of estimated time line for delivery.

What ever you have ordered will be yours and yours alone. I have no over stock. I make or bring in each item just for you. This means you will have to wait. Please ask if you wish to know the completion date.

Depending on the item it will be shipped between 2 weeks and 2 months. Most items are shipped within a month.

 Returns…

Nine Directions will give a store credit on any returned item for the value of the item, if the item is in new condition.

The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back for inspection or return. Once inspected if it is too be replaced a new item it will be shipped back to the buyer or a store credit will be issued.

All items that are shipped back COD will be returned at your expense. It is the Buyers responsibility to pay for shipping. I “Nine Directions” will cover all repair or up grades, if something has happened.
